Northwest Collaborative Care is not an entity itself.  It is a non-profit organization with an active board of directors and executive director whose mission is to support individuals and/or groups working in the Northwestern United States in collaboration towards a mutual goal of improving the quality of life for those affected by neurocognitive and neurodegenerative diseases including but not limited to:

• Alzheimer’s disease
• Parkinson’s disease and other “Parkinsons-like” diseases
• Dementia with Lewy bodies
• Huntington’s disease
• Dystonia
• Essential Tremor

Many organizations and efforts have been developed and or benefitted from the support of this organization.
